  1. Free Worldwide Shipping (For All Retail & DIY Orders)

The Price You See Is the Price You Pay: We offer FREE standard shipping on all single-roll or multiple-roll retail orders to major destinations, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and the UK.

Import Duties & Taxes Included (DDP): For individual retail/DIY buyers, we ship via our specialized customs-inclusive express channels. This means all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are already pre-paid and covered in your purchase price. You will NOT receive unexpected tax bills from customs upon delivery.

  1. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Our team processes and packages your premium film with care within 2–4 business days from our fulfillment center. Once shipped, here are the estimated delivery times:

North America (USA & Canada): 7 – 12 business days.

Europe & UK: 8 – 14 business days.

Australia & New Zealand: 7 – 12 business days.

Note: Tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to you as soon as the carrier scans your package.

  1. Critical Shipping Restrictions (Please Read Before Ordering)

No P.O. Box or Military Bases: Because car wrap rolls are heavy and oversized, our private express couriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL/Dedicated Carries) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical residential or business address at checkout.

Phone Number Required: A valid local contact phone number is mandatory for all orders. The local courier will use this to coordinate delivery if you are not home.

  1. Commercial & B2B Wholesale Orders (For Wrap Shops & Distributors)

If you are a commercial B2B client making bulk purchases (pallet shipping or container orders), our standard free DDP shipping does not apply:

Bulk B2B orders will be processed via traditional freight forwarding methods.

Customs & Clearance: B2B buyers are responsible for their own local import documentation, customs declarations, and local duty/tax compliance.
