At MOZXFILM, every product line undergoes rigorous vetting and real-world testing in our own high-volume auto wrap shop. As active installers who handle vehicles daily, we don’t just sell films—we source reliable quality, superior workability, and honest performance.

This warranty outlines what is covered and the limitations of our products.

  1. Warranty Periods by Series

This limited warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  1. What Is Covered (Manufacturing Defects)

This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects under normal usage and proper storage conditions, including:
Severe premature adhesive failure (delamination or glue separation from the film).
Abnormal cracking, bubbling, or peeling not caused by installation errors.
Significant material gloss or color inconsistency within the same roll.
Any defect confirmed by the MOZXFILM technical assessment team before installation.

Approved Solutions: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, MOZXFILM will, at its discretion, provide:
Replacement material for the defective section/roll.
A partial refund.
Store credit toward future purchases.

  1. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

Because the success of a car wrap heavily depends on preparation and technique, this warranty does not cover issues arising from:
Improper installation: Including over-stretching, overheating, wrong squeegee technique, or failure to post-heat.
Poor surface prep: Installing over failing OEM paint, aftermarket repaints, rust, dirt, or ceramic coatings.
Environmental/Chemical damage: Exposure to harsh car wash chemicals, bird droppings, acid rain, or tree sap.
Physical Abuse: Scratches from accidents, road debris, rock chips, or improper washing techniques.
Normal wear and tear, including slight, gradual fading over years of UV exposure.

Crucial Notice: Labor costs, installation fees, removal costs, or vehicle downtime losses are strictly excluded from this warranty. MOZXFILM only covers the material itself.

We understand that your first DIY wrap project can be intimidating. Unlike other cold brands, we don’t walk away if you make a mistake.

The 2-3 Meter Safety Net: We never cut our rolls short. Every standard full roll automatically includes 2 to 3 meters of extra film absolutely free for practice, complex bumpers, or future minor repairs.

The 40% OFF Second-Chance Insurance: Did you completely mess up a major panel or the whole first roll? Don’t panic. Send our customer support team clear photos of the failed attempt. Once verified, we will issue you a 40% OFF discount code for a brand-new replacement roll. We are here to help you finish your project, not to profit from your learning curve.

  1. Pre-Installation Inspection & Disclaimer

Inspect Before You Peel: Customers must inspect the entire roll for any visible defects (such as dirt in the film, tunneling, or wrinkles) BEFORE removing the backing paper or installing it. Once the backing paper is removed and the film is applied to the vehicle, it cannot be claimed as a pre-existing manufacturing defect.

Color & Visual Variance: Film colors may vary slightly based on lighting conditions, viewing angles, vehicle contours, and screen/device monitor calibrations. Minor color variances are not considered manufacturing defects. If you are unsure about a color, please use our WhatsApp Color Match Service before ordering.

Custom/Special Orders: Custom-manufactured films are produced to order. These are non-refundable and cannot be replaced post-installation unless a defect was documented before backing paper removal.

  1. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please prepare the following details and contact us BEFORE removing the film from the vehicle:

  1. Your Order Number & Product Name.
  2. High-resolution photos and videos showing the issue clearly (both close-ups and full-vehicle shots).
  3. A brief description of the installation environment (e.g., garage temp, tools used) and the problem.
